Artistically, the photo is a poem...a mourning but not sentimental poem. However, the photographer avoid the excess of drama adding details as a colourized violin, a bit of glamour in the attitude of the model and, in general, a touch of brights grays, yellows and white...specially, call mi attention the beautiful palidity in the skin of the model. Not the colour of the dead, but a ghostly white that contrasts beuifully with predominant grays and strong mahogany of violin.
Technically is impeccable, since the perspective of the model, and this way of mixed life and died through the election of colours and the slightest movement of the leaves,. I see other stimulant detail: the possibility that the beauty of the picture will be destroyed by the appearance of a train. I am almost sure that artist thought in a moment of beauty before the final destruction, and translate it successfully here.
